Shavon Boughton
owner and founder of Salon BOIO is a native of Norfolk, Va., who has more than 30 years of experience in the hair industry. She has worked alongside industry leading stylists and educators. Boughton studied at Old Dominion University earning a bachelor's degree in psychology. After discovering a passion for styling hair and more importantly hair-care, she set out to unveil and maintain the beauty of women in the Hampton Roads area and has been doing so for more than two decades.
